Can be fitted as soon as delivered: Like any porcelain tile, it can be bonded as soon as it has arrived.

Unlike natural wood flooring, which requires initial sealing and periodic resealing every 2-5 years to prevent staining, wood effect porcelain doesn't need any sealant. Wood tends to soak up liquids and leaves stubborn stains, but porcelain's stain-resistant nature eliminates the need for sealing or special cleaning products.

Acclimatisation is a crucial step when installing wood flooring, as it prevents expansion or contraction that can lead to splitting and warping. However, porcelain tiles are impervious to moisture, and they don't absorb water or dry out.
