Fastwarm 150w heating mat kits are industry leading heating systems that can be used as a primary heat source (when used in conjunction with Fastwarm XPS or Tile backer boards, the warm up time will and running costs can be reduced as much as 25%) providing an effective solution to radiant heating under almost any floor covering and in any room type.
Fastwarm heating mats comprise of the thinnest (2mm) fluoropolymer (Teflon) coated, dual-core resistive heating cable on the market. The cables are evenly spaced at 65mm intervals to provide an even heat distribution across the floor to suit the required heat output. The mat system allows for use in small confined areas (bathrooms and en suites) plus large areas, making fitting a Fastwarm underfloor heating mat suitable for any DIY enthusiast. Please note that all electrical connections should be undertaken by a qualified electrician.
- Fastwarm high quality ETFE advanced insulation heating cables are only made with premium quality Fluoropolymer material and DO NOT contain any PVC outer sheathing whatsoever.
- Fastwarm cables are only 2mm in thickness meaning they are one of the thinnest on the market today.
- The advantage of Fastwarm ultra-thin cable means that tiles can be directly laid on top if needed.
- Fastwarm cable heating systems are constructed using a multi strand wire composite making them extremely durable and very strong
- All our mats are 500mm wide

Fastwarm™ 150w Sticky Underfloor Heating mats provide the following:
- 2mm thick cable adhered to our industry leading sticky mat which complies to IEC 60335 standards and is also CE compliant.
- Evenly spaced Fluropolymer dual core heating elements which ensure consistent desired heat output.
- Fastwarm’s unique cable system incorporates a built in return which allows for a single connection to the thermostat.
- 2m flexible two core power lead (cold tail) which is surrounded by earth braiding and encapsulated in an Insulated outer sheath.
- Primary / secondary heat source when used in conjunction with sufficient insulation provides super-fast heat up times
- Compatible with any shaped floor space with the mats designed for a quick and easy installation due to the sticky mesh matting
Please note - electric underfloor heating elements cannot be shortened or cut, so when calculating the correct size for an area please select a cable system that only covers up to 90% of the total floor space.

Shipping costs may apply depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer both nationwide and local delivery services. Smaller items are typically shipped via courier, while larger or heavier orders (such as tiles or stone) are delivered using a pallet network.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the nature of the items purchased. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as pallet deliveries are kerbside and do not include unpacking or moving items indoors. We will do our best to inform you of your delivery date for all palletised orders.

Do you ship to Northern Ireland?
Yes, we ship both parcels and palletised goods from our UK warehouse to customers in Northern Ireland.
For parcels, no EORI or XI EORI number is required, and deliveries proceed as standard without additional customs documentation.
For palletised goods, customs requirements differ depending on the intended use:
- If the goods are not intended for retail in Northern Ireland, no further customs information is required.
- If the goods are intended for retail in Northern Ireland, you must provide a valid XI EORI number so we can complete the necessary customs procedures before dispatch.
To obtain an XI EORI number, you must first apply for a GB EORI number and then convert it to an XI EORI via the UK Government portal: https://www.gov.uk/eori/apply-for-eori.
We must receive your XI EORI number before we can dispatch palletised orders intended for retail use in Northern Ireland.
