We cannot accept the return of goods for credit where such goods have been supplied correctly or 14 days after the sale.  When we agree to such a return, a handling charge of 25% will be incurred and it is your responsibility to arrange the transport of goods back to our warehouse. 

Please see the Contact Us section of the website for full address details.  When we agree to such a refund, we will only do so on full and un-opened boxes of tiles.  We cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred whilst in transit by your carrier. 

Once the goods have been received and inspected, you will be contacted within 5 working days to arrange for the credit of funds. Material that has been specially ordered for a customer’s specific needs cannot be returned for a refund.  Please note that original delivery costs will not be refunded.
